Area #2: 10 hours of spot checks and short periods of surveillance to determine if the claimant is employed and/or physically active during the morning and afternoon hours. Surveillances - depending on the claimant's daily activities. All expenses including travel time, M.V.A. records, mileage, tolls, video tape, and other computer database information. Excludes Trans Union, criminal and civil searches. Carroll County, Frederick County, Montgomery County, Prince Georges County, Cecil County, Anne Arundel County, Charles County (to Waldorf), and Calvert County (to Prince Frederick). Area #3: 10 hours of spot checks and short surveillance periods to determine if the claimant is employed and/or physically active during the morning and afternoon hours. Surveillances - depending on the claimant's daily activities. All expenses including travel time, M.V.A. records, mileage, tolls, video tape, and other computer database information. Excludes Trans Union, criminal and civil searches. Washington County, Eastern Allegheny County, Southern Charles & Calvert Counties, Saint Mary's County, Talbot County, Queen Anne's County, Kent County, Caroline County, Western MD, and parts of Delaware. |
